Refund policy

1. All jewellery are hand crafted so there might be a slight difference from the image. Please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work and the use of natural stones.
2. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind.
If a product you have ordered is damaged or does not match your order or size contact us to arrange the return of your order within 14 days.

4. Jewellery returned must be unworn and unused in its original condition and packaging.
5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
6. All custom and sale pieces may not be returned or exchanged.
7. Shipping costs will not be returned and it’s the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
